RisX Privacy Policy

RisX is a trading risk calculator and position sizing app. This policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and how to contact us.
Information you provide
RisX may let you enter account values, drawdown limits, trade defaults, market settings, and trade notes. This information is used to calculate and display app results. If cloud sync, sign-in, or account features are enabled, this information may be stored with the account service used by the app.
Support communications
If you email support, we receive the information you send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, and device details. We use that information to respond to your request and improve the app.
Analytics and diagnostics
RisX may use app store, hosting, or analytics tools to understand crashes, performance, installs, and general usage patterns. These tools may collect device type, operating system, app version, approximate region, and event data.
How information is used
Information is used to provide app functionality, troubleshoot issues, improve calculations and user experience, respond to support requests, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that help operate the app, such as app stores, hosting providers, authentication providers, databases, analytics services, and email tools.
Trading disclaimer
RisX provides calculation and planning tools only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Trading involves risk, and you are responsible for verifying all values before placing trades.
Data choices
You can request help with privacy questions or account data by emailing support@risxtrader.com. Some data may also be controlled through your device settings, app store account, or authentication provider.
Account and data deletion
You can request deletion of your RisX account and all associated data at any time. We do not currently offer in-app deletion, so requests are handled by email.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@risxtrader.com from the email address associated with your RisX account.
- Use the subject line: Account deletion request.
- In the body, confirm that you want your account and personal data permanently deleted. If your account email differs from your sending email, include the account email.
What is deleted
On verified request we delete:
- Your authentication record (email and user ID held by our authentication provider).
- Your saved app preferences, calculator state, and any trade-related inputs stored under your account.
- Your subscription record held by our payments provider, where deletion is supported by that provider.
What is retained, and for how long
We retain a minimum set of records where required by law or for legitimate operational reasons. This may include billing and tax records associated with past purchases (retained for the period required by applicable tax law, typically up to seven years), anonymized diagnostic and crash logs that cannot be linked back to you, and limited records needed to prevent fraud or abuse.
How long deletion takes
We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of verifying the request. You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete. Backup copies of deleted data are purged on our standard backup rotation, typically within 90 days.
Updates
We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
