RisX Terms of Use

Effective date: June 5, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the RisX trading risk calculator and position sizing application and related website (together, the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

RisX grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and any rules of the platform from which you obtained the App. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the App or its underlying calculation logic.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.

Accounts

Some features require a free account. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us at support@risxtrader.com of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and billing

RisX offers an optional paid subscription ("RisX Pro") that unlocks unlimited calculations and all features. The free tier provides one limited calculation window per day. Subscriptions are offered as auto-renewable subscriptions on a monthly or annual basis.

Apple App Store purchases

If you purchase RisX Pro through the Apple App Store, the following terms apply:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Prices are shown in the App prior to purchase and may vary by region and over time.

Other purchase methods

If you purchase through Google Play or a web checkout, that platform's billing terms and cancellation controls apply. In all cases, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and you may cancel through the account settings of the platform used to purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the platform through which you purchased (Apple, Google, or our web payment provider) and are subject to that platform's refund policies. For questions, contact support@risxtrader.com.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to access it through unauthorized means, interfering with its operation or security, scraping or extracting its calculation logic, or using it in violation of applicable law.

Internet requirement

RisX performs calculations on a secure backend and requires an active internet connection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Not financial advice

RisX provides calculation and planning tools only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, does not execute trades, and does not hold or manage funds. Trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of capital. You are solely responsible for verifying all values and for your own trading decisions.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RisX and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Third-party platforms

If you obtained the App through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and RisX, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Maintenance and support are provided by RisX, not Apple.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
